Argo Mine

The Argo Mine (44.5 K)

Just to the left of Cheyenne Hills is the Argo Mine, owned and built by Don Seidel with scenery construction help by Jerry Huber. This module features a large gold mining operation based upon the real thing which is still standing in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The mine building is a modified kit. Notice the blending of colors in the mine tailings and the exquisite rock work, just like the real thing.
