Great Train Expo
February 20th we will load the MTL at noon at the storage facility. We will head to the Monument Park & ride and then get a bite to eat. Then we'll carpool to Denver to setup.
Show times for Saturday & Sunday are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for the public. It is recommended that those members running trains be there around 9:00 am both days to clean and check the track. See you there!
Boot Hill Show
On Friday March 13th we will meet at the storage facility and load the MTL at 8:00 am. Then carpool to Garden City, KS. We will stop along the way to eat breakfast and lunch. We will setup the MTL when we arrive in Garden City. We have 6 people signed up to go and there is time for anyone else who wishes to go to signup.
The TECO committee will start setting up for the show at 11 am Friday March 27. Any clubs that can setup at that time are welcome to as we hope to have a news crew there to film a short blurb about the show. Show times will be 9:00 am to 2:30 pm for the public. We will have the whole ball room for this show. NOTE: For those wishing to be vendors at the show – book your table before Feb 15 for the old price of $15. After Feb 15 the price goes up $20 per table. Contact Mike for your tables.
The second or TECO II proved to be a success. We had over 600 paying people come through the doors much better than TECO I. We are working on getting a counter to count everyone. We sold 94 tables so we are closing in on the 100 table's goal.
